2024 Year of the Wood Dragon

On February 10th, according to the Chinese calendar, the year of the wood dragon started. In Chinese culture, the dragon symbolizes power, success, luck, honor and nobility. There is a long tradition in China to worship the dragon’s dignity and divinity making the dragon to the most popular zodiac animal in China.

People born in the years 1940 (gold dragon), 1952 (water dragon), 1964 (wood dragon), 1976 (fire dragon), 1988 (earth dragon), 2000 (gold dragon) and 2012 (water dragon) are said to be able to lead the world due to their dominant nature and their ambitious spirit. Dragons tend to be enthusiastic, confident in what they do.

The year of the dragon is predicted to bring luck or at least avoid trouble for dragons wearing red and purple cloths. To invoke this luck, you may opt for a tai chi uniform in red or purple in 2024.
